Refund Policy

At Veranxiety, we want you to be completely satisfied with our service. This Refund Policy outlines our procedures and guidelines regarding refunds and cancellations.

1. Free Trial Period

We offer a 14-day free trial period for all new users. During this period, you can explore our platform and determine if it meets your needs without any financial commitment.

If you choose to cancel your subscription during the free trial period, no charges will be applied to your account. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or by contacting our customer support team.

2. Subscription Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription:

  • Log in to your Veranxiety account
  • Navigate to Account Settings
  • Select "Subscription"
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Follow the prompts to complete the cancellation process

Monthly Subscriptions

For monthly subscriptions, cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your paid period.

Annual Subscriptions

For annual subscriptions, cancellation will also take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription unless otherwise required by law.

3. Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

If you are not satisfied with our service within the first 14 days after your free trial ends and your paid subscription begins, you may request a full refund. To be eligible for this refund, you must:

Technical Issues

If you experience persistent technical issues that significantly impair your ability to use our service, and our support team is unable to resolve these issues within a reasonable timeframe, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund at our discretion.

Duplicate or Erroneous Charges

If you have been charged multiple times for the same subscription period or have been charged in error, you will receive a full refund for the duplicate or erroneous charges.

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:
